 REGINA'S SHRIMP & PENNE PASTA WITH WHITE SHERRY SAUCE 2 CUPS MEDIUMN SHRIMP(COOKED) 1 CUP CHOPPED SWEET ONIONS 1 CUP CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER 4 CUPS SLICED MUSHROOMS 1/2 CUP FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH 12 OZ WHOLE WHEAT PENNE PASTA 1/2 CAN 98% FAT FREE CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 1/4 CUP FAT FREE HALF&HALF 1/2 CUP WATER 1/2 PKG KNOR'S GARLIC HERB MIX 1/4 CUP MEDIUM DRY SHERRY Cook Penne Pasta per package directions. While pasta is cooking, saute onions,peppers and mushrooms in chicken broth. Add sherry close to end of cooking process. In large mixing bowl whisk together soup, half&half, water and garlic herb mix and pour over vegetables. Drain pasta and add to vegetable mixture. Heat thoroughly. Add shrimp 5 minutes before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4 Servings. |
