METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa.
We also accept personal checks or bank money orders, however, your order will not be processed for 10 days after we deposit your check or money order into our bank account, allowing time for your check to clear our bank.
 
METHODS OF SHIPMENT
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service.  Some shipments may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Due to the weight of some merchandise, independent freight carriers may be used.  We only ship within the United States.
 
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost will vary due to weight, size, and method of delivery. Normal shipping cost is based on ground shipping only. Limited Edition Art, Figurines or Porcelains minimum delivery cost is $25.00. If your order needs to be delivered via freight, or you request rush delivery, additional shipping charges will apply. 
 
SHIPPING TIME
The time needed to ship your order will vary, depending in the shipment location and the particular time of the year.  Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.  Some of our Art, Fountains and Garden Collections are created by an artist after your order is received and can take up to 8 weeks to ship. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY AND ORDER CHANGES
Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order.  While we will try our best to amend
an order that has been placed with us, please be aware that after 24 hours it is generally not possible. Contact us as quickly as possible, with your requests.
 
RETURN POLICY
Permission to return items must be secured from our Returns Dept.  Contact us   by email (with RETURN in the subject field), stating reason for return.  You will be given a RA#.  Returns will not be accepted without a RA#
 
Return Instructions:
 
1. Return the item to address given to you by Returns Dept.
2. Write the RA#  BOLDLY on the outside of box or package.
3. Return the item with the original manufacturer box with all paperwork enclosed.
4. Keep your shipping receipt for proof of shipment.   Returns with a value of over $100 should 
     be insured since we cannot be held liable for returns that do not reach our Return Dept.
5.  Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
 
All return items must be in new, unused condition and packaged in original manufacturers box, with all paperwork enclosed. If not, it is not saleable and will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be made.
 
For non-defective returns, we will replace your return with a new selection or refund the cost of the item, less S/H and 20% restocking fee.  Items @ Reduced Sale Price, we refund cost of item,less S/H and 75% restocking fee. Jewelry returns require a 50% restocking fee. Defective returns shipping fees will be paid one way by us.  Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt
 
Regarding Secondary Market items such as: Art, Fountains, Garden Collections or monogramed items, this would be a purchase by us on your behalf, with the understanding it is a final purchase.  If we are able to change or cancel the order, we will be glad to do so,  otherwise, it is a final sale.  We do not accept returns on these type items.  Be absolutely sure you want these items before placing your order.
 
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is our fault.  You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.  We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.  The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
 
 
Damaged Shipments:
 
It is the customers responsibility to inspect your merchandise when you receive it.  If the shipping material or merchandise is obviously damaged you must immediately notify the carrier (UPS, FEDEX, USPS or other freight company) of the damage. Damages must be reported immediately after receipt and it is the customers responsibility to notify the delivery company of damages incurred with shipping.Keep the shipping materials, as the shipping company may need them. Also, contact us by email to report any damages, so we can follow through on our end.
 
 
Manufacturer Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, contact us by email for instructions.  Our suppliers are located all over the country.  Do not return the product before contacting us. Remember all returns must have a RA# and request made within 15 days.  Please note that all products that carry a warranty noted on the product description details refer to the Manufacturer Warranty.  See individual products for details.
 
 
Invoices:
We are unable to include an invoice or packing receipt due to the fact our products are shipped from manufacturer.  Many of our products are purchased as gifts and do not want the recipient receiving pricing information.
 
 
SALES TAX:
All  State of Arkansas residents are required by law to pay 6% sales tax, plus their applicable County Tax.
 
 
PRICING INFORMATION:
The prices listed for each item in this web site are the original issue price of that particular item.  Many of our items, however, are limited editions and, therefore, may sell out at the publisher or designer.  Once they sell out they may still be available, but, only through secondary market where prices are influenced by supply and demand.  Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to constantly update prices on our site for the collectibles we sell, as our cost may dramatically change whithout notice.  We apologize for any misunderstanding about the price of any particular piece as regards to issue price and current secondary market value.  Prices are determined by availability (demand); so when an item is no longer available from the publisher or designer, it goes up in value and price.  SuSu Angels is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product specification inaccuracies in our web site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
